Notice of Intent to Negotiate a Sole Source Purchase Order Europe Regional Contracting Office, Landstuhl, Germany intends to award a Sole Source, Non-Personal Services, Purchase Order to Choctaw Professional Resources Enterprise (CPRE), 1201 W. Arkansas, Durant, OK 74701. The contractor will provide New Parent Support Services, which targets expectant parents and parents of children from 3 years of age, for IMCOM Europe. This is a short term, 2 month, interim solution to bridge an existing contract for the period 30 Mar 2010 through 31 May 2010. No competitive solicitation document exists and requests for such document will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
