-- Purchase Order to provide Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) to various U.S. Army CONUS locations

The Center for Health Care Contracting, MEDCOM Health Care Acquisition Activity, Ft. Sam Houston, TX intends to award a Sole Source, Personal Services, Purchase Order to RGB Group Incorporated, 4141 N. Miami Avenue, Suite 210, Miami, FL 33127-2868. This is necessary due to delays in the procurement of a follow-on award due to amendments, reviews and staffing shortages that have resulted in insufficient time, to allow a smooth transition of service for any successful awardee. RGB Group is the only re sponsible source available to fulfill this requirement at this time. The contractor will provide Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) to various CONUS Army Locations during the three-month period of 01 April 2006 through 30 June 2006. The services will be provided by Early Childhood Special Educators, Pediatric Nurses, Pediatric Physical Therapists, Pediatric Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Family Service Coordinators, and Early Intervention Specialists. No soli citation document exists and requests for such document will not be considered. Telephone responses will not be accepted and any correspondence must be in writing.
