USPFO for South Dakota intends to award a sole source procurement to the suggested vendor: Onsite Dental/Onsite IMR. The award will be made for a single, firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, with Contractor to provide complete turnkey support of periodic health assessment and dental services for the South Dakota Army National Guard 200th Engr Co, Pierre, SD on 3-5 October 2008. Requirements are listed within W912MM-08-T-0057 posted at: https://sdguard.ngb.army.mil, then select Contract Solicitations. This is not a request for offer/proposal, however, companies that can provide an equal service must submit their technical capabilities, past performance information, price, etc. which will be reviewed by the Government representative for consideration for future requirements. All qualified sources must respond not later than 29 Sep 2008, 4:00 PM MT. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
