Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 04 (NCO4), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with WAYNE MEMORIAL COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS, 601 PARK STREET, HONESDALE, PENNSYLVANIA, 18431, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center is currently receiving contracted primary care Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services from Wayne County Community Health Centers at the contractor s site in Honesdale, PA. In order to maintain continuity of care for VA patients receiving healthcare services at that location, the government intends to negotiate a short-term sole source contract with the incumbent contractor, pending competitive re-procurement of CBOC services for veterans in the vicinity of Wayne County, PA. The anticipated sole source contract may include options, but the total performance period shall not exceed 12 months. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 06/05/2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
