Description

The Minneapolis VA Health Care System intends to exercise a sole-source, six-month Task Order extension to Contract VA240C-13-D-0006 IAW FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, with Sterling Medical Associates, Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio for Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services in the Hibbing and Ely Iron Range Areas of Minnesota. This proposed extension is based solely within the discretion of the Government using the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
