This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-2, for other than full and open competition; unusual and compelling urgency. The following services are required: CLIN 0001: Primary Care Services in a private hospital, office or clinic environment to veterans primarily residing in Columbia County.
