Q -- Public Announcement of OMB Circular A-76 Study of the HRSA, Division of Immigration Health Services (DIHS)

The purpose of this announcement is to make public the performance decision of the Standard Competition Study under the full OMB Circular A-76 Study of the HRSA’s Division of Immigration Health Services. Pursuant to OMB Circular A-76, on December 6, 2004 public notification was made to announce the standard competition study of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Division of Immigration Health Services (DIHS). On April 13, 2006, the standard competition form was reviewed by the Agency Tender, and certified by the Contracting Officer, indicating the study’s completion. Under formal notification, the Contracting Officer is announcing the performance decision that the function and operation of the Division of Immigration Health Services should remain in-house (performed by the incumbent Government personnel in their Most Efficient Organizational structure). Based on this decision the Contracting Officer will execute a letter of obligation with the Program Manager of the performing activity.
