Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Radiology Imaging Systems Service Support

The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to GE Healthcare, 3000 N. Grandview Blvd, Mail Stop W-443, Waukesha, WI 53188.. The company shall provide service/support for imaging systems at the Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, MT. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the service/support for imaging systems are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 15 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
