The Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract (base plus two, one-year options) utilizing Simplified Acquisitions Procedures with Sierra Medical Services Alliance, 450 Edison way Reno, NV 89502 for First Responder Medical Direction services and the procurement of medicines under 10 U.S.C.2304(C)(1), only one ,or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and the NAICS Code is 621999. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no competitive solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer no later than 1:00 PM PST, October 04, 2021 .
