FCC Allenwood Emergency Care

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Allenwood, PA is awarding a sole source contract under Urgent and Compelling authority FAR 6.302-2 only one source reasonably available, to Seven Corners, Inc., 303 Congressional Blvd., Carmel, IN 46032-5631. This award will be for outside medical services for the inmate population at FCC Allenwood through Geisinger Health Systems. The NAICS code is 622110. The period of performance for this procurement was from March 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021. To the best of our knowledge, this requirement can only be met through Seven Corners, Inc. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations as no solicitation document is available. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified and approved for Seven Corners, Inc. Citing the Urgent and Compelling need to procure emergency care for life threatening cases through Geisinger. Seven Corners has the infrastructure in place and has negotiated a reduced rate of care for services provided under this award. Other vendors who believe they can meet the above requirements may provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by March 15, 2021 12:00 P.M. (EST). Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply services that will comply with the requirements in a satisfactory manner. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
