R--Provide musicians, vocalists and equipment to support the US Army Entertainment Team.

This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole-source award to STUDIO A, 103 Gatire Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075, to provide musicians, instrumentalist, and vocalist to perform the music and prepared charts in support of the US Army Entertainment Team for 2010 Chicken Festival in London, KY September 24th and 25th. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source acquisition under the authority of FAR Clause 6.302-1. STUDIO A performed all the production work for the CD developed for the Army Entertainment Team; in addition, Studio A has performed the songs live and are precisely aware of the instrumentation and vocal requirements to perform at these events. STUDIO A is the best value of the services for the government. This is a commercial, firm-fixed price acquisition, NAICS code is 711130, size standard $7,000,000.00.
