--Notice of intent to award a purchase order to Conference USA for membership fee for the Army Football Team into their league.

This is a notice that the US Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Conference USA, Irving, TX under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The purchase order is for a membership fee for the Army Football Team in th e Conference USA League during the 2004-2005 academic year. Conference USA is the only known qualified source which can provide memebership into their league. See Numbered Note 22. This notice is not a request for proposals. A solicitation document doe s not exist. Capability statements received within 3 days of this notice will be considered for future requirements.
