--Lease or Rental of Facilities - This is an amendment to a notice of intent initially issued 21 April 2005

Notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Gund Arena for rental of the facility located in Cleveland Ohio. The requirements include being located within 35 miles (no more than 45 minute drive) of the city of Cle veland, indoor air-conditioned facility, usable seating capacity of 15,000 seats after stage area and backdrop are erected. Facilities to handle live animals, arena style seating, i.e., seats arranged in a large bowl configuration with performance area in the center of the bowl, sufficient power and pre-wiring for required video and lighting support, available 20-25 September 2005, dressing rooms and staging area for 350 performers.
