The DC Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Command intend to award a sole source contract to the DC Arena Limited Partnership (DCALP) to provide advertising for the DC Army National Guard inside the Verizon Center and access to the Acela Club during the Washington Capitals and Washington Wizards games and the DC Army National Guard will serve as colors guard prior to Verizon Center games and special events. Period of Performance from 20 September 2010 through 31 August 2011. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The associated NAICS code is 711310 with a $7.0M size standard. Subject to Availability of Funds in accordance with FAR Clause 52-232-18 Availability of Funds; This RFQ contains 6 CLINs items: CLIN# DESCRIPTION 0001 WASHINGTON WIZARDS SPONSORSHIP: This is an agreement entered into by the DC Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Command and the D.C. Arena L.P., Verizon Center to provide D.C. Army National Guard the most dynamic signage at Verizon Center measures 1,600 ft. (360) on the upper faade and lower Club level faade one (1) minute of exclusivity for the 2010-2011 Washington Wizards and/or Washington Capitals Regular season home games. (contingent upon FY 2011 Funding) 0002 LED FAADE: D.C. Army National Guard will receive one (1) minute of exclusivity at all Wizards, Capitals, Mystics, and Georgetown University Basketball games. Signage will also run on a rotating basis prior to some concerts and family shows. This interactive signage allows D.C. Army National Guard to command a powerful presence throughout the Arena during all events. D.C. Army National Guard will have the ability to change their message on a periodic basis in order to promote different initiatives throughout the year. 0003 TRI-VISION SIGNAGE: D.C. Army National Guard will receive one (1) sign rotation in one (1) corner rotational Tri-Vision Signage (approximately 9' x 15'). Signage is located in the four (4) corners of the arena. The sign is attached to a matrix board, with three (3) rotations on the sign. 0004 ACELA CLUB SEATS TICKET BANK: The Acela Club is located on the second of Verizon Centers four concourses. This unique PRIVATE Club lounge offers premiere client entertainment. Access is limited offering a VIP atmosphere that your guests will appreciate. This exclusive lounge, complete with a full-service bar and specialty buffets, provides tremendous sightlines to the event floor. D.C. Army National Guard will receive a ten thousand dollars (10,000) credit for use for Acela Club Level tickets for the 2010-2011 Washington Wizards and/or Washington Capitals Regular season home games. 0005 PRESENTATION OF COLORS: D.C. Army National Guard will have the opportunity to present colors and sing the National Anthem at two (2) regular season Washington Wizards home games during the 2010-2011 season. In addition the top two D.C.
