The turn of the century 31,000 square foot Victorian style Clubhouse offers over 6,500 square feet of dining space with complete food and beverage services. The Clubhouse level features 2 full service bars, 5 rooms, each able to seat between 30-60 guests, a grand ballroom that suits gatherings up to 175 guests and a full service kitchen. Second floor space includes an additional bar, offices and locker rooms. The Arsenal Island Golf Course Pro Shop is located on the lower level of the Clubhouse.
