The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Know intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Columbus State University, Columbus, GA 31907, for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) lodging, meals, and training area requirement, 30 May - 10 June 2011, for the US Army Cadet Command, to be held at Fort Benning, Georgia. Due to training requirements all logistical support must be provided by and on the same facility grounds. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice.
