89--Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Western Kentucky Food Services

The Fort Knox Mission and Installation Contracting Center - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Western Kentucky Food Services to provide meals for approximately 1500 JROTC cadets and cadre attending training at Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center, Greenville, KY. The period of performance is 27 May 2011- 8 June 2011. This requirement is for the U.S. Army Cadet Command at Fort Knox, KY. Western Kentucky Food Service is the only contractor authorized to operate the food service facilities at the Wendell H. Ford Regional Training. No other contractor has access to the dining facilities and meals must be provided and consumed at the training center dining facility.
