The Mission & Installation Command Contracting Center (MICC) intends to award on a sole-sourced basis a contract to Northern Lights Council Of Boy Scouts Of America, Inc. for 102 cadets and 19 cadre attending JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) training 3-11 June 2014 under NAICS 722320 (Size Standard: $7M). The contractor shall provide lodging, training facilities and meals. No RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website.
