The Delaware Army National Guard, located in New Castle, DE intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Fort Indiantown Gap Community Club, 9-65 Fisher Ave, Annville, PA 17003. Fort Indiantown Gap Community Club will provide the required unit with prepared meals that conform to the Army Food Program (AR 30-22), as well as the training schedule as outlined by the attending unit. The requirement will be sole sourced to Fort Indiantown Gap Community Club in order to provide pre-made hot meals for the attending unit for the duration of their Annual Training period which shall take place on FT. Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single \ source. The NAICS code is 722511 and has a size standard of 7.0 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes . However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00a.m. EST, May 24, 2018 to: [email protected] Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
