Contractor Logistical Support (CLS) Underwater Egress Training (UET)

Offerors are notified that the Government is taking corrective action and issuing an amendment of Solicitation M67854-23-R-8003. A factor for the pending amendment was the discovery an inherent ambiguity within the solicitation where offerors were directed to submit price information within their Past Performance Volume but were elsewhere directed to only disclose pricing information in the Price Volume. Therefore, all offerors’ original proposals violated one or the other of the conflicting rules. Subsequently, two offerors submitted agency level protests. The pending amendment will take corrective action in response to the protests and other errors discovered within the Government’s solicitation. Further, it will correct issues present within the Government’s performance criteria as well as evaluation criteria for the technical and past performance factors. Offerors will likely receive an additional window to submit questions regarding the revised solicitation.
