Z -- OMB Circular A-76 Streamlined Competition Mechanical Operations GSA, PBS, Heartland Region

This is an announcement of the General Services Administration's Public Buildings Service (PBS) Streamlined Competition. PBS is conducting a Streamlined Competition in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. The following Streamlined Competition is being conducted: Mechanical Operations comprised of HVAC Operations and Maintenance: Electrical Operations Maintenance; Pipefitting, Plumbing, and Sewage Operations and Maintenance; and Miscellaneous Facilities Work. These services are currently provided by Government personnel, comprised of 10 FTE located in Kansas City Missouri and St. Louis Missouri. This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award a contract. Propective offers are advised that a solicitation will not be issued if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel.
