Notice of Intent

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to AVALANCHE TECH SOLUTIONS pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 1:00 Pm (ET) July 19, 2022. Point of contact is Naomi Collier [email protected]. The proposed order is for DEA 360 Strategy program for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with AVALANCHE TECH SOLUTIONS 2125 IROQUOIS LANE FALLS CHURCH, VA 22043-2515. A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811490. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
