Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and Comptroller, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services, to Colonial Parking, Inc., 2777 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 20007-3812 to provide four parking spaces to support the Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General, located at 2450 Crystal Drive. The four parking spaces are located in the garage at 2450 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for one 12-month base period and two 12- month option periods. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
