99--Annual accrediation for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) NOTE: Any responses are needed by 4/27/18 at 10:00 AM EST

Intent to Sole Source: In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Center Pittsburgh, PA; has a requirement for the annual accreditation for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). The resulting contract with Association for Clinical Pastoral Education Inc. will be a firm-fixed price contract for the accreditation. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR clause 6.302-1: Only one response source and no other supplies of services will satisfy angency requirements. This will be a firm-fixed priced contract for one (1) base year. It is the Government s belief that only Association for Clinical Pastoral Education Inc. possesses the required capabilities and authority to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government s intention to solicit and negotiate only with this source. This is not a request for competitive quotes for proposals. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
