The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires co-sponsorship for Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America's (CADCA) National Leadership Forum to be held July 26 - 30, 2020. The CADCA Forum is the premier substance abuse prevention training and networking event in the country and will be held virtually. The government intends to issue a Fixed Price Purchase Order pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to CADCA as it supports approximately 5,000 community anti-drug coalitions nationally, and has been sponsoring the Forum for over 20 years to provide technical assistance and support to their members. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. The Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
