The provided membership is proprietary and will provide coverage from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813410 and the business size standard is $7 million dollars. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. It has been determined that DNASTAR Inc. is the only known responsible source capable of providing the required services and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to obtain the use of the North Carolina Association for Biomedical Research (NCABR) to promote public understanding of and support for bioscience research. NCABR is a tremendous resource for information for NIEHS relevant to any aspect of the use of animals in research. This is utilized by DIR, the Scientific Director's office, the Comparative Medicine Branch, Animal Care and Use Committee, as well as the Office of the Director, and the Office of Communications. As a statewide nonprofit organization, NCABR's members include academia, industry, government, nonprofit research organizations and professional societies. NCABR plays a leading role in North Carolina and the nation by providing objective, timely and authoritative information to students, educators, government representatives, the media, members of the research community and the general public. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for quotes. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting NIEHS' requirement, as stated herein, may submit their corporate capabilities, which, if received by the response date of this announcement, may be considered.
