National Academy of Medicine Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award on a sole source basis to the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine’s (NASEM) Health and Medicine Division’s (HMD), 2101 Constitution Ave. NW, Washington DC 20418, action collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience. The purpose is to support the National Academy of Medicine to acquire the scientific information, products and publications from that work provided through applicable Forum venues, events, presentations, materials, products, models, discussion papers and publications. This work and information will inform CMS on national scientific policy and other information to advance its health care services, policy and research. The work and information will be provided through venues, events, presentations, materials, products models, discussion papers and publications. A detail Statement of Work and Deliverables is attached. The sole source award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 235 (C ) ( 1 ) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services. A justification and approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because the National Academy of Medicine’s work and information is solely available from this entity. CMS REQUIREMENTS: The NASEM’s scientific information was created to provide CMS information, products, publications, other writings (and within other media types) derived from conducting the Action Collaborative work. NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 813920 (Professional Organizations). INTERESTED PARTIES: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to qualify as a potential contractor for this procurement, the organization must provide valid, reliable ad standardized health care performance measures to support and advance public accountability, quality improvement efforts, increased patient safety, and value based purchasing. The organization must be able to serve as a national dissemination and implementation conference for health disparities researchers. To be considered, interested vendors must submit technical literature describing their capability to effectively satisfy this requirement, as well as terms and conditions and a complete price quote within 5 days of this noticed, to the following electronic mail address: [email protected].
