Building Regional Integrated Science and Assessments for Societal Benefit Seminar

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisitions Division-Kansas City office intends to award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1), with the American Meteorological Services (AMS), located in Boston, MA for conducting a one to two day seminar to explore opportunities and challenges in expanding current Regional Integrated Science and Assessments (RISAs) network activities to empower place-based resilience across the United States. These services are for the NOAA Climate Program located in Silver Spring, MD. A Sources Sought notice was posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on August 2, 2018 and closed on August 9, 2018. No response was received.
