The purpose of the event is to bring together HUBZone, 8(a), and SDVOSB concerns to our customers managing non -information technology supplies/services to display their marketing capabilities at vendor booths and speak with Program Offices on how they can help with upcoming acquisitions. Vendors who do not register in advance cannot participate. Registration opens at 9;00am, Eastern Standard time, Wednesday, February 29, 2012 and closes at 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, March 7, 2012 The FBO notice will be updated when the registration spaces are full. The email must include SMALL BUSINESS EXPO-March 14, 2012 in the subject line, with the name and address of the company, the company's DUNS number, and the full name of the person(s) planning on attending the event in the body of the email. Registration requests that do not contain the aforementioned information will not be considered. Registration requests will not be taken by telephone. For security reasons, names of participants cannot be changed after March 7, 2012. The small business must be a SBA-Certified HUBZone or 8(a) concern, or a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned firm, at the time of the event that provides non-information technology supplies or services. Any change in the firms socio-economic status must be reported to the IRS Small Business Office immediately. The event is open to all HUBZone, 8(a) or SDVOSB concerns as described, however, registration is on a first come, first served basis . Socio-economic status will be confirmed before confirmation of your registration. Security information will be sent with your confirmation email.
