The National Park Service , Chickasaw National Recreation Area intends to award a contract for local 911 law enforcement and fire dispatch services and radio communications. This service required immediate access to law enforcement data bases to protect the public and ensure ranger safety. Authority for this award is 41 U.S.C. 253(d)(1)(A), Unique Source. The sole source justification for this award will be provided upon request.
