The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to solicit, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106, to the City of Homer for the acquisition of moorage and utilities for the M/V Tiglax. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The City of Homer is the only known source that can provide these services to the USFWS.
