R--Law Enforcement Dispatch Services

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The National Park Service, Amistad National Recreation Area intends to award a contract for 911 local law enforcement and fire dispatch services and radio communications. This service requires immediate access to law enforcement data bases to protect the public and ensure ranger safety. Authority for this award is 41 U.S.C. 253(d)(1)(A), Unique Source. The sole source justification for this award will be provided upon request.
