USMS Southern District of New York EZ Pass

This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii) to City of New York, MTA Bridges and Tunnels located at 42 Broadway Bsmt B New York, New York 10004-3354 for EZ Pass transponders for the U.S. Marshals Service Southern District of New York law enforcement officers to access the bridges and tolls while on official business. The EZ Pass System has no known resellers or distributors, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by no later than 10:00 am (EST) on September 15, 2021. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Contract Specialist [email protected]. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
