The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll services for Official Government Vehicles in the Miami area toll roads. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Sunpass-Florida Department of Transportation, as they are the only source authorized to supply monthly toll service for the use of the toll roads in the Miami area.
