U.S. Government Seeks Expression of Interestfor New Leased Construction on a Pre-Selected Site in Woodlawn, Maryland Location: The General Services Administration has an assignable purchase option on approximately 10 acres of land at: Windsor Corporate Park 2600 Lord Baltimore Drive Woodlawn, Maryland The property is at the corner of Tudsbury Road and Lord Baltimore Drive. Amount: The Government is seeking interested developers to design and construct a new facility on the aforementioned site. Approximately 131,200 rentable square feet of office and related space is required.
