B -- SETA services support to the MDA/QS, in the task areas of Program Planning and Special Studies and Analyses

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to negotiate and award a sole source extension to Computer Science Corporation; contract HQ0006-03-C-0042. Under this contract, MDA is acquiring scientific, engineering, and technical assistance (SETA) services for continuing support to the MDA/QS, in the task areas of Program Planning and Special Studies and Analyses. The period of performance for this extension is from 01 April 2004 to 30 June 2004, for an estimated 11 MYEs. This extension is necessary to avoid disruption of services while completing the re-procurement of this contract. Please respond no later than 4:00 pm on the response date. See note: 22
