The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to negotiate a modification with Thales Communications, Inc. (TCI), 22605 Gateway Center Drive, Clarksburg MD 20871 for incorporation of engineering services under the Multi-Band Inter/Intra Team Radio (MBITR) contract,USZA22-97-D-0019. The reason justifying only one source is that TCI is the developer and manufacturer of the MBITR. No solicitation will be issued.
