The Virginina Contracing Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Honeywell Incorporated to interface existing Honeywell fire & safety alarm and public address systems. This notice of intent is not a Request of Quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes.
