R--Advisory and Assistance

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Karen Brooks, 420 Central Park W, New York, NY to develop a plan listing the objectives of a government filing agent certification program for exporting. Contractor will conduct research on the U.S. Customs broker license and Federal Maritime Commission license that relate to the program. Contractor will draft the program and cite all the requirements of the export filing. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only; and is not a request for competitive bids, no solicitation will be issued.
