The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD has a SOLE SOURCE requirement to purchase three compressor assembly parts. The government intends to contract on a sole source basis under Request for Quotation N00421-03-T-0078 with ENVIRO Systems Incorporated (ESI), P.O. Box 1260, Seminole, OK 74818-1260. ESI is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the AN/ASN-145 and controls the proprietary date for the AHRS. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Procurement will be made via a DPAS DX-1 rated government purchase order, which will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2003-01 and DFARS DCN 20030214. The applicable NAICS code is 334419 and the applicable FSC code is J016.
