M -- Express Study of Southern Research Station facility, grounds & fleet maintenance activities

An Express Study of the Southern Research Station facility, grounds, and fleet maintenance activities performed at six geographically dispersed duty locations, involving 5.5 full-time equivalent employees, was conducted in accordance with OMB Circular No. A-76 (Revised) May 29, 2003. On 09/08/2003, the decision was made to retain performance in house, using the existing organization to continue to perform the work under current performance provisions.
