UNITED STATES GOVERNMENTNotice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Miami, Florida The United States Government intends to award a lease, using other than full and open competition Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., Miami, Florida for the offices of the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Attorneys Office. These agencies have missions that require them to remain located at the Doral Office Center. The leases will be for a total of 16,852 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a five-year firm term. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the government’s intent to award these projects under Other Than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Louise Long, Contracting Officer, at [email protected] or to her attention at GSA, Realty Services Division (4PEY), Atrium West Building, 7771 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 119, Sunrise, Florida 33351.
