The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Sytex,Inc. The award will be made to provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and Instructional Design Work on the Indications and Warning (I&W) on-line course development for the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC), and the Defense Intelligence Agency. The Subject Matter expert will use existing course material developed by JMTIC instructors and research additional information on I&W to supplement existing platform courses. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Any response to to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be more advantageous to the government.
