The Government intends to award on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.1, a non-commercial item contract to Titan Corporation, 7480 Candlewood Road, Hanover, MD 21076 for the purchase of 3 EA Model 5020-2 Dual Slot Frame w/2 power supplies for KIV-19, and 6 EA KIV-19A for Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA's) Systems Engineering & Integration Support Division. Only one source is responsible and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Items shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination and delivered and accepted at MCTSSA, Supply Officer, Bldg 31345, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171 no later than 2 weeks, (14) calendar days after contract award. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 d ays after publication of this notice, a sole source contract to Titan Corporation will be issued.
