R -- Performance Decision of Streamlined Competition Study under OMB Circular A-76, Environmental Protection Agency

A-76 Final Decision – The Environmental Protection Agency has completed a streamlined competition for risk analysis services. On September 17, 2003, the streamlined competition form (SCLF) was certified, indicating the study's completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house (performance by incumbent Government personnel totaling 8.2 FTE). Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a letter of obligation with the senior manager of the performing commercial activity. In accordance with the revised OMB Circular A-76, dated and effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
