This Request for Information (RFI) is issued on behalf of the Government for industry's review and input of a generic requirement for an Interactive Electronic Technical Manual used in the operation and maintenance of a generic training system device. The Statement of Work (SOW)and CDRLs for this RFI may be downloaded from NAVAIR's Business Opportunities Website at (http://www.ntsc.navy.mil/EBusiness/BusOps/Acquisitions/).It is requested that all responses include the following information: 1. The proposed process and cost for meeting the SOW requirement. 2. Alternative approaches to the requirement which may streamline the process or allow for reduced cost. The Government does not intend to make any award from responses received and will not provide any reimbursement for cost associated with submitting responses.
