Ericsson Enterprise Network Gold Warranty Service

The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, intends to award a sole source order to OCEUS Networks, LLC, 895 Preston White Drive, Suite 300, Reston, VA 20101-5449. The order will acquire, on a sole source basis, ERC 100 6000/CTL - Gold Warranty Package required for Ericsson 5G Enterprise Network Equipment. OCEUS is the only reseller of Gold Warranty Service for Ericsson 5G lab equipment providing software upgrades and hardware maintenance. The period of performance will be one year. The estimated value of this procurement is <$250,000. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for single source. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334613, with an applicable size standard of 1,000 employees. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice is due in writing with sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirements within twelve (12) days of the date of this publication.
