The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole soure purchase to Advanced Systems Concepts, the sole provider of ActiveBatch Software. The requirement is to purchase ActiveBatch Version 5 Enterprise Edition with 3 schedulers. ActiveBatch Execution Agents for installation on ten MS Windows Systems, ActiveBatch annual Gold support, and Installation ActiveBatch version 5 Enterprise Edition with 2 schedulers for 2 MS Windows systems. Advanced Systems Concepts is the only known source with access to this software/license. Businesses that feel they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement. This is not a request for ocmpetitive proposals and no solicitation will be offered. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Documents must be sent to
