60--NM Army National Guard DOIM has a requirement to install fiber optic materials necessary for telecommunications infrastructure to reach customer location(s).

Intend to award sole source to Century Link QGS, Cage: 5WFS6. The purpose of the award is for installation of 1800' of fiber to reach customer location. At location, place a Fujitsu multiplexer in a 7' rack and hand-off the DS-3 on a patch panel. Market research has shown that there are no other known vendors that provide the requirement that support the local area. A firm fixed price award will be made utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their specifications of their product. This information will be reviewed by the Government representatives for consideration for future requirements.
