This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The solicitation number is F1Q3CS8108A001 and this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal . The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 and DFARS Publication Notice 20181031. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221210 and the size standard is 1000 EMP. The contractor shall provide the following services : Non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, other items and services necessary to provide natural gas distribution system emergency and routine repairs and maintenance as needed for Dover AFB.The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards as well as with the attached Performance Work Statement.
